Since establishment in 1994, Richland Property Agency (Hong Kong) Limited spares no efforts in providing agency service of superior quality to Tai Po residents.

After many years of hard work, up to date Richland has set up 6 branches, holding 25% market share in Tai Po, which has established itself as one of the three biggest agencies in the area.

Richland deals with pre-owned properties of various scales, including private housing estates, home ownership scheme housing estates, luxury residences, tenements, high-rises, village houses etc, in Tai Po district. Its experienced, dedicated team, comprising over 30 professionally licensed members, guarantees a first class service to all Tai Po residents.

Richland endeavors to expand its network in the near future so as to offer its high quality service beyond Tai Po district.

1994 April Richland Property Agency (Hong Kong) Limited was founded. The headquarter was set up at Shop no.35 G/F of Fortune Plaza.
1995 May Computerization was executed to increase the overall efficiency of management and operation.
1996 June Business started expanding. A new branch was set up in Sceneway Garden.
1997 March Sceneway Garden Branch became a franchisee of Century 21 Hong Kong Ltd.
May Second branch in Tai Po was established at Shop No.103 1/F of Fortune Plaza.
1998 February Implementation of centralized management took place. Sceneway Garden was closed down. Richland started to lay a strong foundation in Tai Po.
1999 September Richland joined HKIAGENCY.COM as a founding member to exchange ideas and experiences with other elite members from different regions.
2000 June The headquarter was relocated to Shop No.17A Block B of Greenery Plaza.
  Richland acceded to Hong Kong Chamber of Professional Property Consultants Ltd (HKCPPC) and became one of the broad members.
  Richland was the pioneer in organizing “Open-House” in Tai Po, making it more well-known among local residents.
2002 April The third branch was set up at Shop No.34 G/F of Tai Po Plaza.
2003 August The headquarter was moved to Shop No.36 Block A of Greenery Plaza, which is more spacious and easily accessible.
2004 April The fourth branch was established at Shop No.1 G/F of 88 Square in Tai Po Market in order to serve the residents in older areas.
May To cater to market needs, Richland carried out continuous education and training for all staff, aiming to enhance its professional standards.
2005 March Reformed management team by promoting continuous education scheme.
May The founder of Richland, Mr. Jacky Sin, served as the vice president of HKCPPC, and Richland has become the core member of it.
June The fifth branch was set up at Shop No.213A 2/F of Plover Cove Garden.
October To strengthen the sense of belonging and team spirit of the whole company, Richland offered tailor-made training programs to all staff.
November The sixth branch opened at Shop No.7A of Fook On Building.
December The founder of Richland, Mr. Jacky Sin, served as the vice president of PING HU UNITED UNION HK, and Richland has become the core member of it.
2006 February Richland set company goals to reinforce its staff’s awareness of attitudes, self-discipline, devotion and time management on work.
November Thanks to the efforts of our team and the support from clients, Richland became the top dealer in the batch of properties below $8 millions.
2007 February Richland was awarded by Caring Company Logo to recognize its contribution to the community and the active participation in voluntary works by its staff.
2008 April The seventh branch was founded at Shop 6B on 114 Kwong Fuk Road. The total of 7 branches constitute an extensive network throughout the district, making it one of the biggest agencies in Tai Po.
2010 August The eighth branch opened at Shop 103, G/F., Flora Plaza, Fanling.
2014 October The Lanshan branch officially opened at Shop C, Ground Floor, No. 183, Fung Yuen Estate, Tai Po. It specializes in village houses and luxury houses, and provides a full range of real estate agency services for residents of Tai Po District.
2017 May The eighth branch opened at Shop 103, G/F., Flora Plaza, Fanling.
